How many times do I have to eat salad to recover from that Thanksgiving meal and leftovers? Is there an app for that? Can someone help me? I'll be fitting in longer runs and a few more days of climbing during this season. Any advice or encouragement is welcome. Remember, I'm a food girl who's trying to figure out the new way of eating, and this time of year involves so much food!

Beef stew, loads of carrots, brown rice, peas
Hummus/avocado/cucumber sandwiches, fruit salad
Sweet potato corn chowder
Potatoes, brussel sprouts, roasted carrots, bread & hummus
