This Week's Menu

Good afternoon, peeps!  I think I finally perfected my oven-baked sweet potato fries.  We like a little black around the edges, because that's a sign that they're crisping and getting just a bit sweeter.  Who doesn't like crispy and sweet?  Below is a picture of a good SPF night, which is occurring weekly around these parts.  Happy cooking!

  1. So what is the secret to these sweet potato fries? I have tried making them and they always come out a bit mushy. Inquiring minds want to know...
