This Week's Menu

Mmmm...below is a picture of one of my favorite sandwiches.  She's the purddiest thing I think I ever did see.  Just put this idea in your back pocket for when those home-grown tomatoes start coming in.  Ready for this.  It's simple as could be...

toasted whole wheat bread + tomatoes + alfalfa sprouts + mayo + loads of s&p = goodness.

I ate 4 1/2 of these over the weekend.  Yum.  For the rest of the week, I'm making this:

Thai pork in a crock pot, rice
Cheesy ham sandwiches, roasted corn and avocado salad (dad...I need the recipe for this)
Rotisserie chicken on salad, bread


  1. Roasted Fresh Corn
    Chopped Tomato
    Chopped red onions
    Fresh lime juice
    I think I put black beans in too.

    we still call our close to the store parking spots "Meg Spots"
