Broseph Comes Home

My parents, Danimal, and I went to Atlanta last week to pick up Broseph.  We waited and watched the arrivals, along with a few hundred other people.  We had some close look-a-likes, but finally we saw him.  Dad calmly said, "there he is" and started charging.  I threw both hands up and yelled JOSEPH, then I charged toward him too.

I think he said, "guys, don't make a scene,"

but my family has never been good at NOT causing a scene.

He was pretty eager to drive home.  After a year of not being able to do so, there was a little learning curve.

Guess where he wanted to stop for his first meal?

After choosing so very appropriate American music, we ate some grade A food.

Not much was left.

When we got home, I finally got to introduce Burl to his crazy Uncle Joe.

Burl was pretty sleepy but still very impressed.

With both uncles there,

Burl was pretty entertained.

It was a GREAT night.
