This Week's Menu

Here is what we're eating this week.  I feel like my menus look the same as an Applebee's menu and I don't like that.  I wish it looked like something from a Jamie Oliver cookbook.  Maybe I should start checking out his website instead of Food TV.  Our eating habits are slowly evolving into something a bit more real.  Until then, I'm serving this:

Black Bean and Corn Quesadilla 
Veggie Night: Pintos, Asparagus, Rosemary Red Potatoes
Frou-frou Pasta (Bowtie Pasta with 'Rooms, Asparagus, Artichokes and Capers)
Spinach Manicotti

  1. I think your menus look GREAT!
    I made the rosemary garlic chicken last week and my (very, very picky) family LOVED it! I added mushrooms to the sauce (because they were about to turn to the yucky side) and used red wine vinegar instead of sherry (because that's what I had). It was great because the chicken was tender (necessary for my kids) and flavourful even though I hoarded the sauce for myself and my man. I'm not about to join this Monday ritual, but I eating up (haha) the ideas! Keep 'em coming!

    p.s. YES I use alot of brackets (that's how I talk in real life!).
