It's very rare that my kids get snacks around here, but my mother-in-law gave us some fresh-from-the-orchard apples. The kids asked for them, so I indulged them. (For the record, I indulge them in whipped cream and cookies at the grocery store, but that's more of me coping and keeping them from asking for my snack!)
They sat together and went to town on the apples. So sweet and so so quiet and so precious. I grabbed my camera and my video camera (aka, iPhone) to capture this special little moment.
The apple snack was definitely a good idea!
