After coming home from road trip #2 for this month, my body is begging me to stay clear of junk food and cling to veggies. Looking at my menu, I just realized that it's almost vegetarian. I think it's safe to say that my body needs some plants. Here's my weekly menu post:
Kale and white bean salad, fruit
Potato corn chowder
Sweet potatoes, steamed broccoli, rosemary northern beans, cheese
Spinach fettuccine and tomato artichoke cream sauce
