Every Sunday I post my little dinner menu for the week. It's what we eat for dinner Monday through Thursday. Those are the days that we plan, while the weekends tend to have a mind of their own. I really love the rhythm of making dinner for my family and sitting at a table together and eating. There can be chaotic elements to it, but for the most part we just eat and talk and I love it!
Breakfast for dinner: cheese eggs, broccoli, bacon, and biscuits
Panko tilapia, sauteed snap peas, bacon brussel sprouts
Fettucine Bolognese
15 bean soup
