Every Sunday night, I post my menu for the week on my blog, because most of the time I forget what the plan is and I forget where the recipes are online (if I'm using one). Posting it here is the answer to those problems. Also, I love having a place where my weekly menus are all kept. I have a hard time thinking of what to make each week, so it's been helpful to look at old weeks to remind me of what we like to eat. Here is my menu for this week:
Homemade tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwiches
Potatoes, brussel sprouts, roasted carrots, cheese
Tilapia, sauteed squash, lemon pepper steamed broccoli
