Please don't go crazy on me, but I'm doing that dang whole 30 diet again. My motivation was that I was having drops in energy level and I was getting headaches in the afternoon. I thought it was my diet, and five days into this, I think I was right on that. I'm feeling so great! Like a superhuman with energy and good health, I feel awesome. With that said, here's how it connects to the outside: good health and consistent energy makes me feel like going places and enjoying life. It gives me fuel to go on small adventures outside, and a good diet is where it's at! My outdoor adventures definitely skyrocketed once I got in better shape (diet + exercise). Confidence, energy, and health were keys to me getting outside and having fun. If you're needing to change your eating habits, I would highly encourage trying the whole 30 diet.
