This Week's Menu

I'm trying to be creative with our meals, keep a record of things we eat, and inspire a nation.  Well, not that last one.

What I realize-we eat a lot of meat.


We're eating:

Roasted Chicken, Brown RiceAsparagus (A whole chicken goes A LONG WAY at our house)
Black Bean and Corn Quesidillas
Beef Tips over Egg Noodles, Salad
Bowtie Pasta with Pesto
Boston Butt BBQ, Mashed Potatoes, Limas
