How long has it been since I did the weekly menu? About as long as I've been motivated to think about cooking several meals in one day. Here's the problem: it's hot. Real hot. With the tree down, my kitchen is getting purty toasty around dinner time. We're making it though.
Before the curtains, I had to wear sunglasses to cook. John thought it was pretty funny, so he snapped some pictures. Here it is and here is our menu:
