This Week's Menu

We're all home and tired and happy.  We've been up at my dad's farm this weekend (and "up at" is how it's said).  As we settle back into our home, we also settle back into our routine.   Planning and eating dinner is part of it.  Here's what I'm planning:

Bacon, hash browns, eggs, and biscuits.  (oh my!)
Tilapia, bacon brussel sprouts, and butternut squash/cauliflower puree
Spaghetti and salad
Cream of chicken and wild rice
