I'm not one for the cool weather, but I do like the sign of simple traditions that signal a change in the air. This weekend was full of fall activities. Cider, colorful hike, socks, and soups eaten out of mugs! As I write my menu, I'm craving a better, more balanced way of cooking for my family. Here's what I'm making:

Chopped sirloin with mushroom marsala sauce over angel hair
Crockpot BBQ, coleslaw, sweet potato fries
